Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Mr. Metaphysical Global Wellness Institute website and programs. By accessing or using this website, or by enrolling in any program offered by Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc., you agree to be bound by these terms.
Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. ("the Institute," "MMHW," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Global Wellness Institute at institute.mrmetaphysical.io. The Institute is a consciousness-based educational organization offering gatherings, digital intensives, and wellness retreats. We are not a clinical mental health practice and do not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or any licensed clinical services through this website or any of its programs.
All programs, gatherings, intensives, and retreats offered through the Institute are educational and personal development in nature. They are not clinical mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care. Participation in any MMHW program does not establish a therapist-client relationship, a medical provider-patient relationship, or any other licensed clinical relationship.
Even where programs are led by licensed mental health professionals, they are acting in their capacity as educators and facilitators — not as treating clinicians.
All Institute programs are private pay only. We do not accept health insurance, file insurance claims, provide documentation for insurance reimbursement, or participate in any managed care or government-funded health program. All fees are the sole financial responsibility of the participant.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, curriculum materials, program content, logos, and the "Mr. Metaphysical" name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Gatherings: Monthly gathering memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
Digital Intensives: Digital intensive enrollments are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed. If materials have not been accessed, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting admin@mrmetaphysical.io.
Retreats: Retreat refund policies are event-specific and are published at the time of enrollment. In general: full refund if the event is cancelled by MMHW; full refund for individual cancellations 60+ days prior to event; 50% refund for cancellations 30–59 days prior; no refund for cancellations under 30 days prior to the event date.
Participation in any Institute program — including gatherings, intensives, and retreats — involves personal engagement with psychological and metaphysical material. By enrolling, you acknowledge that such engagement may bring up difficult emotions, memories, or experiences. You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after participation. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, we recommend consulting your treating clinician before enrolling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. and its officers, faculty, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, your participation in any program, or your reliance on any content provided.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website or programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
