All programs, gatherings, intensives, and retreats offered through the Mr. Metaphysical Global Wellness Institute are educational and personal development programs. They are not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, clinical counseling, or medical care of any kind.
Participation in any Institute program does not establish a therapist-client relationship, a physician-patient relationship, or any other licensed clinical or medical relationship. No clinical diagnosis will be made, no treatment plan will be provided, and no clinical records will be kept in connection with Institute programs.
Institute programs are not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care. If you are currently experiencing a mental health condition, a medical condition, or a psychiatric crisis, we strongly encourage you to work with a licensed mental health or medical professional in addition to — or in place of — any Institute program.
If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, please consult with a licensed clinician before enrolling in any Institute program.
Some Institute faculty members hold professional licenses in mental health fields (including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or MD). When leading Institute programs, these individuals are functioning in their capacity as educators and facilitators, not as treating clinicians. Their participation in Institute programs does not create a licensed clinical relationship with participants.
Faculty credentials are held individually and do not represent institutional accreditation of the Institute itself.
Personal development, growth, and transformation are highly individual. Results from participation in Institute programs will vary from person to person. No specific outcomes, therapeutic results, or personal transformation are guaranteed by participation in any gathering, intensive, or retreat.
By engaging with Institute content and programs, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own wellbeing, their own choices, and any decisions they make in connection with program participation. The Institute does not assume liability for decisions made based on content encountered in any program.
