We are building a global network of Masters-level clinicians, facilitators, and educators who are ready to lead consciousness-based group work at scale. This is not a traditional clinical role. This is an invitation to work at the edge of what psychology and human development can become.

Faculty members lead weekly gatherings, contribute to digital intensive development, and participate in a collaborative learning community that is genuinely doing something new.

The Opportunity
  • Work outside the insurance system entirely
  • Lead gatherings of 100–500 people weekly
  • Contribute to a curriculum being built in real time
  • Collaborate with clinicians who take consciousness seriously
  • Help define what psychology and metaphysics look like together

A Word on Compensation

Faculty compensation is structured around gathering participation revenue. Details are shared during the application process. This is a serious opportunity for serious practitioners. We do not offer token honoraria — the structure is designed to reward faculty who do excellent work and attract participants.
